Three groups of people decided this gathering should exist, and they have been paying for it themselves. Their own money. Their own time. Year after year. They did not ask anyone for help. We are doing this because the people in this room know what they have been carrying, and it is time to carry some of it back.
The People Behind It All

Mollie opened her ranch so that hundreds of people could gather somewhere real. The land you are standing on is her home. The Barn feeds every single person at this event, sourced from the ranch itself, prepared with a kind of care that most people have never experienced at a meal before. The ranch absorbs the cost. Mollie hosts because she has seen what happens when people eat together on good land with nothing between them, and she thinks that matters more than a business model. Her brother Ryland and the entire Englehart family are right there with her. They are one of the most loving, community-oriented, earth-honoring families you will ever encounter, and their fingerprints are on every part of this land and this gathering.
Assemble · Production & Operations
Every stage, every speaker mic, every light rig, the entire logistics operation of moving hundreds of people through a multi-day event on a working ranch. That is Mike and Lindsay. They run Assemble, and they bring a production quality to Confluence that would normally cost ten times what they work with. Most of what they do, you will never notice. That is the point. The moments that felt effortless were the ones they solved at 2 AM the night before. They keep showing up because the work means something to them, and you can feel it in every detail you never had to think about.

You heard about this event because of Alec and his team. The right speakers showed up because of them. Thousands of people found their way to a ranch in Bandera, Texas because The Way Forward put Confluence in front of the right audiences and built the kind of trust that gets people on a plane. That does not happen by accident. It is years of reputation, relationships, and a genuine belief in what this gathering is for. They carry the promotional weight of the entire event because they believe the people here needed to be in the same room.
