I see that the event days are April 5-8. What time can we arrive on site? When do we need to leave?

You can arrive as early as 2 pm on Friday the 5th. We want to give you enough time to get your campsite set up, get your bearings, and start mingling! There will be some light programming and dinner available that evening.

All campers must exit the campgrounds by Noon on Tuesday the 9th. There will be breakfast available but no programming that morning.

Is this a family friendly event?

Yes!! Bring the whole family! Kids 12 and under are free and we event have a kids tent with tons of fun activities and adventures. Please note that children in diapers must be accompanied by an adult while participating at the kids tent.

Are Campfires allowed?

No open flames in campgrounds.

Are portable generators allows? Is the a generator curfew at night?

Generators are allowed in the tent camping area as long as they’re vented upward at a minimum of 10 feet. This is to avoid the dangers of carbon monoxide. The generator curfew is 9 pm.

Are there hook-ups for my RV?

No. All RV spaces will be dry camping. No hook-ups available. Generators are allowed in the RV camping area as long as they’re vented upward at a minimum of 10 feet. This is to avoid the dangers of carbon monoxide. The generator curfew is midnight in this area.

Will there be WI-FI/ Internet?

We are in a more rural area, so the service won’t be great if you’re planning on spending lots of time online. However, we will have a designated area for WI-FI should you need to connect for short periods of time. Otherwise, we hope you’ll unplug and take this incredible time to be fully present and in the moment.

Can I bring my own food and beverages?

Yes, but NO alcohol is permitted. Also please keep in mind that there are no kitchen facilities available for public use, as well as no fires allowed. Small propane camp stoves are allowed. Please plan accordingly. There will also be food for purchase on-site.

What about the meals on site?

The food at Confluence is one of the highlights! “Farm to Table” is one thing but we go beyond that! How often do you eat food that was regeneratively raised on the land where you’re standing?! Chef Mollie and her husband, Chef Elias, create a menu from the highest quality ingredients you can find and your body will know the difference! Meals are not included in your ticket but are available for purchase. The kitchen hours are 7 am - 9 pm and the kitchen accepts cards or cash.

Will I need to provide my own water?

Only if you have a specific water preference. There will be free water refill stations onsite.

Are pets allowed?

No, sorry… no pets allowed. We have so many farm dogs and other farm animals that live on the property, so at least there will be plenty of furry friends around.

Where is the nearest hotel?

The Best Western in Bandera is the nearest hotel, but if you plan to book a hotel, we suggest to do it quickly. Rooms are selling quickly thanks to this awesome eclipse!

Where is the nearest airport?

San Antonio International Airport is the nearest to Bandera.

What is the cost of parking?

Complimentary day parking is available. Please note that for safety of guests and staff, there are no ins-and outs if your car is parked in the campsite area. If parked in a campsite, and in the case of an emergency, you will need to be escorted out by an employee, or if you know you will need to be living site often, you may I unload your car at your site and move it to day parking.

Please note, NO overnight camping is allowed in the single-day parking lot.

Is there a noise curfew?

Yes, midnight to 7 am are quiet hours.

Can I bring a ATV, Side by Side, or golf cart?

No, Due to insurance policies we can't allow non-event staff to use ATV's or Golf Carts.

Are there showers in the campground?

Yes, there will be limited showers available and they are included at no charge. Alternatively, consider bringing a solar shower if desired.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final.

PLEASE NOTE: WILD TEXAS BREWING IS THE BUSINESS ATTACHED TO CONFLUENCE. YOUR CREDIT CARD CHARGES WILL COME THROUGH FROM WILD TEXAS BREWING.

Some items to consider bringing:

Yoga mats or blankets.

Eye masks for breathwork sessions and other experiences.

Good walking shoes.

Headlamps or flashlights.

Rains ponchos…just in case.

Towels and sandals or water shoes for the pond!! You won’t want to miss this one.

Refillable water bottles.

The following items are PROHIBITED:
-Weapons of any kind are not allowed in the event, camping or festival area.
-Open Fires
-Outside alcohol
-Motorized golf carts or ATVs
-Fireworks
-Any and all professional audio recording equipment
-Professional cameras and professional recording (photo, video, audio) equipment (NO large professional detachable zoom lenses, stands, monopods, tripods, attachment sticks (selfie sticks) or other commercial equipment.
-Any and all professional video equipment. No video recording will be allowed
-Drones or any other remote flying device
-Glass containers of any kind
-Illegal and Illicit substances of any kind
-Pets (except service animals)
-Skateboards, scooters, bicycles, wagons, carts or any personal motorized vehicles (unless medically necessary)
-Unauthorized/unlicensed vendors are not allowed. No unauthorized solicitation and materials including handbills, flyers, stickers, beach balls, giveaways, samples, etc.

MISC.

This is a “leave no trace” event. We kindly ask that you plan on carrying out anything you brought in with you, trash included. This event is held on a working regenerative farm and caring for our environment is very important to us. Thank you so much for your understanding and your help with this cause!

Please be advised that by attending the event you are implicitly agreeing that Confluence may use any photos taken of you by our photographers for promotional purposes and your image may be used on our website, social media, TV spots, or printed materials.

We will not be responsible for lost or stolen items nor damage to person or property.

Any disturbance of your neighbors or other campers will not be tolerated. We expect you to have fun and also respect your fellow campers.
Security officers have the authority to ask any person or groups of people who are abusing the noise curfew to leave the grounds without a refund. All state and local laws will be enforced.

Disorderly conduct and destroying of property will not be tolerated and is grounds for ejection.
Law enforcement officials and event officials are empowered to make arrests and evict campers and festival-goers from the site without refund for any action that is in violation of law or actions that could jeopardize enjoyment of the event by others.

Please note that we are in a rural area where there is a potential for wildlife. Snakes, fire ants, and scorpions are a few things that have been seen on the property. We just wanted to give you a heads up so that you can be aware of your surroundings. That being said, we do not anticipate any issues.
